Destinations : Big White Ski Resort

Here is a resort that I love for many reasons. First is its easy access for us eastern flatlanders: leaving Toronto by 8am gets you into Kelowna well before noon, which gets you on the hill just after the lunch hour so you can blow the recycled airplane air out of your system and get your legs a nice easy half day. 2500 vertical feet of awesome skiing with very little traversing to get to the slope you want, over 24 feet of snow on average per year makes it almost certain your going to get some pow during your stay, all accommodations are ski in and ski out, so you can head back to your pad without loosing your group for the rest of the day.
