All shipments require 24-48 hours for processing.
We cannot guarantee that your shipment will arrive on any exact date. You will receive shipping updates to the email address provided upon purchase.
Please allow UP TO14 business days for arrival at final destination.
Most shipments are sent via Canada Post Regular Parcel. **During the current COVID-19 situation we cannot guarantee any shipping arrival dates.** Gates & Boards reserves the right to decide whether to ship via Canada Post or FedEx.
We do not "safe drop" packages. All shipments will be sent requiring a signature upon delivery.
Gates and Boards offer a 30-day return policy on all regular priced items purchased on line.
Items 30% off or more are considered FINAL SALE and will not be eligible for a return of any kind.
WE CANNOT REFUND SHIPPING COSTS.
Returned items will be shipped back at the CUSTOMERS EXPENSE to the following address:
All returns MUST be pre-authorized by Gates and Boards. Please call or E-mail us with the details of your return. We will issue you a Return Authorization Number. Please write that Return Authorization number on the outside of the package so it is clear and legible.
Any item to be returned MUST be shipped back to Gates and Boards prepaid, within 30 days of the original purchase with a copy of your original receipt. All products MUST be in original condition, unworn/un-used and unwashed with tags attached. If applicable, Refunds will be processed back to the original method of payment AFTER the item has been received and inspected at Gates and Boards.
