Shipping & Returns

All International Shipments are shipped with FedEx, UPS or USPS (5-10 Business Days). You are responsible for any duties and taxes your country may or may not charge.

FedEx, UPS or USPS acts as the customs broker for your goods. If FEDEX/UPS/USPS asks for a COD or sends you a bill, this is NOT additional shipping costs, this charge is import taxes, duty, VAT and brokerage fees.

The Law forbids us from sending items marked as a "GIFT" or lower the indicated value. Gates & Boards can not falsify customs documents.

Gates and Boards offer a 15 day return policy on all regular priced items purchased on line. In order to qualify for a refund, please include a copy of original sales receipt in the return parcel. All products must be in original condition, unworn and unwashed with tags attached. Refunds will be processed back to the original method of payment. Sale items are final sale.

All returns must have an authorized Return Number before being shipped back which the customer will obtain by contacting Customer Service at 705-721-4653 or info@gatesandboards.com ATTN: Customer Service

Refunds will be issued once the item has been received and inspected at Gates and Boards.

All Sales will be shipped with FedEx ground in Canada within 5-10 business days of purchase. 

Please allow up to 14 business days for arrival at final destination.
