All International Shipments are shipped with FedEx or UPS (5-10 Business Days).

You are responsible for any duties and taxes your country may or may not charge.

FedEx/UPS acts as the customs broker for your goods. If FEDEX/UPS asks for a COD or sends you a bill, this is NOT additional shipping costs, this charge is import taxes, duty, VAT and brokerage fees.

The Law forbids us from sending items marked as a "GIFT" or lower the indicated value. Gates & Boards can not falsify customs documents.



Gates and Boards offer a 15 day return policy on all regular priced items purchased on line. In order to qualify for a refund, please include a copy of original sales receipt in the return parcel. All products must be in original condition, unworn and unwashed with tags attached. Refunds will be processed back to the original method of payment. Sale items are final sale.

All returns must have an authorized Return Number before being shipped back to Gates & Boards which the customer will obtain by contacting Customer Service at 705-721-4653 or info@gatesandboards.com ATTN: RETURN REQUEST

Refunds will be issued once the item has been received and inspected at Gates and Boards.
